The data collected and processed will be used to provide agreed or reasonably expected information, including, but not exclusively, your name appearing on the planning documents and records. Except as required by law and your written permission we will never collect, store nor share your details.  We promise to make all reasonable efforts to keep your details secure.  This data will be deleted after the event except in our historical records.
